A DAY of fun at Nolan’s Garage on the North Circular Road on Saturday has so far raised over €4,500 for Pieta House.

Londis are a Charity partner of Pieta House in 2018 and in conjunction with that, Nolans Londis invited people to take part in a bikeathon for the charity.

Aidan O’Mahony, Toireasa Ferris and about 120 more people got on the bikes and pedalled at various stages of the day for 10 minutes.

A large number of local residents got involved and there was also facepainting for the kids, music all day, spot prizes and refreshments for everyone.
