Tralee Food Court Sold For Well Above The Guide Price At Auction

TRALEE Food Court at Mile Height has been sold at the latest online auction held by BidX1 today for €1,685,000. It was one of two Tralee properties which sold for above the guide today.

The property, whose tenants include Subway and Burger King had a guide of €1,425,000, but after 21 bids it sold for €260,000 more than that.  The property is currently let to Petro Gas Limited with a lease expiry 2038.

Current rent reserved €130,000 per annum. Petrogas Global is a privately owned company and Ireland’s largest independent forecourt retailer with over 110 sites trading in the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.

A property in Sunday’s Well was sold at auction.

Meanwhile, 86 Sundays Well, Lisloose was also for auction with a guide price of €130,000 but sold for well above the asking price. After 51 bids it was sold for €189,000.

This is a ground floor creche investment extending to approximately 176 sq. m (1,894 sq. ft).
It is let to an individual t/a Brookview Childcare. Lease expiry 2016 (over holding). Current rent reserved €17,000 per annum.
