A CAR PARK in Tralee is one of a number of Kerry properties going for sale at an online auction later this month.
The Parklands Multi-Storey Car Park, The Parklands, Ivy Terrace comprises of 208 car parking spaces over three basement levels. It has a guide price of €400,000 and bidding opens on the Bidx1 website on Friday, June 25 at 8am.
Another well known Kerry property going to auction is the former Golf Hotel in Ballybunion on the Main Street, with a guide price of €850,000.
