GARDAI in Tralee are asking for any witnesses to an incident which took place on Saturday evening.
A man reported to gardai that he was sitting on a bench on the Castlemaine Road at about 5.45pm when he was approached by two other males.
He said he was assaulted by the two males and suffered minor injuries to his face. Gardaí are asking if anyone saw the incident or two males running away from the area at that time to contact them at Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.
