An Shebeen on Rock Street was broken into in the early hours of Monday morning.
GARDAI are investigating after a public house on Rock Street was broken into overnight.
The break-in happened between midnight and 7.45am on Monday at An Shebeen, known to many locals as ‘Richie’s’. A vending machine was damaged and a sum of money taken from it.
Just last October, there was an attempted break-in at the same premises, where damage was done to the back door, but entry was not gained.
