KERRY County Council has granted planning permission to Astellas Pharma for the new state-of-the-art facility at Kerry Technology Park, Tralee.
The €330 million facility will bring with it highly specialised engineering, science and technology employment to Tralee, Kerry, and the southwest region.
Plans approved are for a three-storey building, and total floor area of 17,000 square metres. The granting of planning permission has been warmly welcomed by Minister for Education, Norma Foley.
