LGFA Club2gether programme

The finale of the LGFA Club2gether programme took place in Croke Park on Sunday 25th Feb. Our club was represented by Cat McGillicuddy, Donal Rahilly and Oonagh O’Rahilly. This event marked the culmination of 6 months work which involved online webinars, discussion groups and future planning. Thanks to all committee members who gave time to supporting the programme. We look forward to implementing some of the LGFA recommendations for the betterment of our club as a whole.

Good Luck

Good luck to Ballymac players Roisin Rahilly, Keelin Enright, Kate and Anna Collins and their Mounthawk teammates and management who play Skibbereen Community School in the Final of the LGFA Munster Senior Colleges A Competition in Banteer on Thursday afternoon next at 1pm.

Congratulations

Congratulations to Mounthawk senior team who have made it to All-Ireland Hogan Cup, which will be played on the 16th March in Croke Park.

This is a fantastic achievement and a first for the school

Under 15s at Nemo Rangers

Ballymac u15 boys

Ballymac u15 boys travelled up to Nemo Rangers on Saturday for the Mick OBrien football tournament.

Competitive games were played against Stacks and the hosts Nemo, resulting in a final against An Gaeltacht, which we won!!

Colin Corkery makes a presentation to captains Fionn Enright and Jack Collins.

Fionn Enright and Jack Collins accepted the trophy from ex-Cork footballer Colin Corkery.

Grub was also provided by our hosts, in what I would consider, 1 of the top club facilities in the country.

A memorable and worthwhile experience for our lads.

Big thanks to Nemo Rangers for hosting and giving us such a warm welcome. Special mention too to our 4 u13 players who travelled with us, and indeed to all our players who represented us so well on the day, both on and off the pitch.

Well done all
