A MAN has been arrested after a car crashed into the EBS Building on Russell Street this afternoon.
An investigation is underway and a man in his 30s was questioned by Gardaí.
Thankfully staff in EBS, along with the driver of the car, were unharmed in the incident which occurred shortly before 2pm.
The crash caused damage to one of the windows of the building and Russell Street was closed for a time but now it has reopened.
Gardaí are now carrying out a technical examination of the area and the vehicle involved in the incident has been seized.
