TOMMY WALSH has been selected in midfield for Kerry’s Allianz National League match against Derry this Sunday.
This will be Walsh’s first start for Kerry since the All-Ireland final in 2009.
Kieran O’Leary has been dropped from the starting 15, while Bryan Sheehan makes the switch into centre forward to make way for Tommy Walsh in midfield.
The defence and full forward lines are unchanged. Good news also is that Anthony Maher, Killian Young and Donnchadh Walsh are back in the panel after missing the opening game defeat to Mayo.
David Moran will again captain the side in the absence of Kieran Donaghy who is club tied.
Kerry will travel to Celtic Park, Derry on Sunday, with a throw in time of 2pm. Kerry v Derry will not be televised.
