STAGE one and stage two approval has been granted by the Department of Housing to Kerry County Council for the construction of 15 apartments in Tralee.
The apartments will be built at Hawley Park, St Martins Park and Mitchel’s Road. Minster for Education and Kerry TD Norma Foley welcomed the news saying: “I would like to thank my Cabinet colleague Minster for Housing Darragh O’Brien for confirming that stage one and two approval has been issued to Kerry County council for this significant development in Tralee.
“Housing is a key priority for Government and the construction of 15 apartments at Hawley Park is vitally important in this regard,” she said.
