THE Christmas spirit is well and truly alive in Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí with a wonderful initiative to help the homeless.
Students have worked tirelessly over the past number of weeks and on Tuesday presented shoeboxes and clothing to Arlington Lodge, Tralee.
“It is very important that we reach out to the community, and offer them our help and support, especially at this time of year,” said teacher Elma Ní Shúilleabháin.
“Both teachers and students have shown great kindness and generosity, and were delighted to be able to show their support to such a worthy charity like Arlington Lodge,” added Elma.
