Here’s Where Residential Property Was Sold Around Tralee In February

THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that February was relatively quiet for sales with 10 properties changing hands around Tralee, fetching a total of €1,303,500.

The property that sold for the most in the Tralee environs in February was a house in Oakpark for €250,000.

In all, the latest figures show there were 85 properties sold in Kerry in February. The most paid in the one transaction was for 1-10 Loreto Convent and 1-4 Loreto Chapel in Killarney for €1,506,608. Here’s where and for how much the properties in the Tralee area were sold (highest price first)…
