THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that May was another busy month for property sales around Tralee with 24 transactions taking place fetching a total of €4,839,880.

The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in May was for a house in Oakfield House for €396,475.

The most paid in the county in one transaction was €650,000 for 12 Curragh Close, Ballybunion Road, Curraghtoosane.
