U6 BOYS AND GIRLS
Our U6 boys and girls train together every Sunday morning from 11 to 12 in our state-of-the-art sports hall under the watchful eyes of our numerous qualified coaches. Last Sunday we concentrated on our kicking and co-ordination skills. Among those to impress were Ben, Kyle, Brian, Jack, Patrick and Annlise. The best on show this week and making great progress were Ava, Erin, Nancy, Roisin and Cliodhna. We finished our session with a very entertaining obstacle race. See you all next Sunday and keep practising at home during the week

UNDER 8’S

John Mitchel’s U8 Boys had another great training session on Sunday last in our astro pitch. We started with some sprints followed by some skills practice & then we went straight into games. It’s great to see the boy’s improving every session. Please don’t forget WATER & GUM SHIELDS!!

Thank you

UNDER 12S

Both our U12 Teams were out last Sunday in the County League, we travelled to Mountcoal to play St Senans in ideal conditions. Even though we were missing a number of players, we still travelled with 28 players which is a fantastic turnout. We recorded strong wins in both games against a very young St Senans outfit. Special mention to Jack Daly and Sean Sargent who stepped up from the U10s to give fantastic performances. The future is bright with this talented bunch of players!

Training continues on Wednesday evenings at 6.00pm.

UNDER 16S

Our U16 are having a rather successful Central League Campaign. After a poor start to the league v Ballyheigue they have gone from strength to strength to pull off comprehensive victories over Castleisland, Churchill and St. Pats\Dingle. Next up for us is the last group fixture v Laune Rangers B away 7pm Monday Night. Semi Final then the following Monday TBC. Training continues every Wednesday 6:30pm.
