LADIES AND JUVENILE NOTES
We ask that everyone get behind this fundraiser for Pieta. Details are being sent out to all club members- Juvenile, Ladies and Seniors.
RUN4PIETA
RUN IN DARKNESS AND IN LIGHT

We in Kerins O’ Rahilly’s Club are involved in Run in Darkness & in Light.

It’s a UNIQUE, FUN EVENT for ALL involved in the club to participate in, to see HOW FAR we as a club CAN RUN in 48 hours,  RAISE AWARENESS around MENTAL HEALTH during the Covid-19 crisis and to HELP RAISE much needed FUNDING to SUPPORT  the WORK of PIETA.

HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?
Our  club will run for 48 hours consecutively, running within HSE-Covid19 guidelines.
We are choosing May 14th, 15th and 16th.

We ask if everyone participating would donate €5 or more please.

We invite you , your family, friends , our supporters and our community to get involved.

For example a family of 4 could run for 30 mins, covering 5k x 4 = 20Km, so the more running the more KILOMETRES covered.

Please SHARE this with your family and friends.

*Participants will run consecutively for 48 hours.

*Run within current HSE Covid-19 guidelines.

Pieta’s NEED for LIFESAVING SERVICES is greater than ever as COVID-19 impacts not only on the nation’s physical health but its mental health also.

Many people find themselves worried, anxious, under strain, financially impacted and in many cases isolated and alone.

We are reaching out to our community to help.
It’s a fantastic challenge that should be embraced and widened across our community.
You would be representing our club and supporting a great cause to support mental health

SKILLZ SKOOL
Thanks again to Declan Quill who demonstrated skills with Adam for the girls and boys in our juvenile club.
The name drawn out of the hat for week 1 was Eamon Murphy. Congrats to Eamon.Your prize will be in the post during the week.  He showed great enthusiasm last week and again this week.
Check out our Facebook page on Wednesday for part 3.
To keep everyone busy during the long weekend Declan also posted a challenge for everyone. Can you do it!

THE DONAL WALSH TOURNAMENT
Last Saturday,  our Juvenile Club should have been hosting our third annual ‘ Donal Walsh LiveLife Memorial Tournament.’ A fitting tribute to a wonderful person and a true blue.

Donal’s message was to cherish life.  His strength in the face of his battle with cancer inspired a nation and beyond.

Donal’s message continues through the work of ‘ The Livelife Foundation’ and his family- Elma, Fionnbar and Jema. Thank you!

We are proud that Donal was one of our own.
We missed celebrating your life through our tournament last Saturday but look forward to 2021.
