A LOCAL association held two fundraisers recently and presented the proceeds to Pieta House on Saturday in Tralee.
The Kerry Pool Association had a 24 hour pool marathon in The Cue Club in Killarney and a race night in Sullys Bar back in April.
They were in The Huddle Bar on Saturday afternoon to present the cheque to Con O’Connor of Pieta House who expressed his gratitude for the association’s generosity.
The Kerry Pool Association was formed in 2013 and takes part in the All-Ireland Championships each year where over 600 people from all over the country take part. If anyone wants to join the association they can contact the via their facebook page by clicking here
