Gardaí Investigate Separate Incidents In Tralee Area

GARDAI are investigating separate incidents of criminal damage, attempted burglary and trespassing in the Tralee area over the past week.

On Monday, September 30, between 2.10pm and 2.50pm a person tried to break in to a business at the back of a premises at Rathanny, Tralee.

Gardai are asking anyone in the area at the time with any information to contact them on 066-7102300.

Between 6.30pm on Wednesday, October 2 and 8.30am on Thursday, October 3, a vehicle parked in the driveway of a house in Highfield Grove, Caherslee, was broken into and the wing mirror vandalised.

The house backs onto Connolly Park, so Gardaí are appealing to residents there and in Caherslee to come forward if they saw anything suspicious.

Also, on Saturday, October 5, between 6.50pm and 7.10pm, a trespassing incident took place at Sunday’s Well. A woman put on a wash in a separate building to her home on her property.

When she returned to the washing machine a short time later, it has been pulled out from the wall and was facing the opposite way.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone in the Sunday’s Well area to contact them if they saw anything suspicious at that time.
