The minors won the County League and went on to also win the Limerick 12-a-side championship. The Juniors won the Kerry Junior Championship for the third year in a row and represented Kerry in the Munster Junior Championship, losing at the semi-final stage.
A number of minor players were part of the Kerry team who won the All-Ireland Minor C title and also had players on the Kerry camogie panel who won the Division 2 league.
“The club is growing all the time and going from strength to strength. Since we’ve had a junior team three years ago they’ve won the championship three years in a row. Having an adult team is something for the younger players to aspire to,” said club secretary, Anne-Marie Russell.
Around 120 sat down to enjoy a wonderful meal followed by the presentation of medals and a DJ kept the party going into night. Scroll down for photos…
