THE boys and girls of CBS Primary School gave star performances at their Christmas concerts on Tuesday and Wednesday with the weeks of hard work paying off.
In the Junior infants, Maddison played the part of a disorganised but lovable angel who is chosen to show the way to Bethlehem in the infants telling of the Nativity story.
This year the boys and girls in Senior Infants were Santa’s reindeer helping to spread the Christmas cheer.

The reindeers, jokers and elves in first class took to the stage for a big production, while the pupils of second class led the audience on a journey to a magical land of angels.
Their performance celebrated Christmas traditions of children in different countries around the world.
Third class are did a review of some of the major sporting and political events that happened during the course of the year with some special appearances.
Fourth Class brought the A-Z of everything that is fantastic about Christmas, with three classic Christmas songs in between.
With Fifth Class it was bedtime on Christmas Eve. The children reminded the audience what the true meaning of Christmas and why Santa came to be through a selection of poems and songs.
Finally, the sixth classes provided the finale for the concert with a dance mash-up, featuring some of the latest chart hits and some festive tunes.
The audience were charmed by the concerts and the pupils can be proud of their performances. Scroll down for photos…
