PHOTOS: Christmas Concert Fun In CBS Primary School

WITH just a few days to go until the holidays, children at CBS Primary were in understandably giddy mood as they prepared for their annual Christmas concert.

The whole school got to see a preview of the show on Monday before parents packed the hall for performances on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The little ones were up first with the junior infants ‘A Little Bird Told Me’, a version of the Christmas story, while the senior infants were excited while they decorated the Christmas tree on stage.

First class pupils sang a Christmas song and performed it using sign language. Second class pupils dazzled the audience with their performance and third class put on the ‘greatest show’ they could with circus acts.

Fourth class pupils reeled in the years highlighting the events of 2018 and fifth class held a dance off between the elves, angels and reindeer.

The amazing dancing of sixth class pupils rounded off another entertaining Christmas concert at CBS and they can be rightly proud of all the hard work they’ve put in over the last few weeks…and the teachers of course! Scroll down for photos…
