THE rain was pelting down and the wind howling outside, but music acts brewed up a storm inside the Brandon Hotel Conference Centre as around 600 people rocked the venue.
Local Bon Jovi tribute act, ‘Bon Jovee’ were joined by Oracle and Mickey Joe Harte for Saturday’s event to help out Cliona’s Foundation, the Chemotherapy Unit at UHK and Kerry Hospice.
Guests started arriving from early on to enjoy the drinks reception sponsored by Gala before heading into the centre to enjoy the music which played until late.
MC for the night was Radio Kerry’s Brendan Fuller who kept everything running smoothly and there were loads of spot prizes and an auction for a signed Munster Rugby jersey, which sold for €200.
One of the chief organisers, Eileen Whelan of Paco, said it was a fantastic night of entertainment which raised thousands of euro for the causes. Scroll down for photos…
