OVER 200 fashion lovers showed up at the Fels Point Hotel last night for a great charity event.
The ‘Dress Haven’ fundraiser, the brainchild of Mary Brick, was in aid of the Recovery Haven.
People attending could browse through the donated items on racks, while models also displayed the clothes on the catwalk.

“We’re absolutely delighted,” organiser Mary Brick, told us last night. “It’s been great so far. We had two ladies bidding for a coat a while ago which eventually went for €165. Every item of clothing here tonight was donated, so we’re making a 100% profit for the Recovery Haven. I just want to thank everyone so much for coming and to those who donated,” said Mary, who also thanked MCs Elaine Kinsella and Andrew Morrissey of Radio Kerry’s ‘Full Breakfast’ show who did a great job.
There were also pop-up shops and models on the catwalk displaying the clothes on offer.
A resounding success for a great cause.
