THERE was fashion, fun and great prizes as hundreds attended the St Brendan’s NS Blennerville Fashion Show on Thursday night.
The Ballyroe Heights Hotel was the venue for the fundraiser which saw pupils, parents and models take to the runway, displaying fashions from 21 local shops with a wide range of fashion to appeal to all audiences.
Deirdre Walsh of Radio Kerry was MC on the night and there were also some outstanding prizes up for grabs, including a two night break at The Muckross Park Hotel, Killarney which was won by Patricia Horgan.

The stars of the night though were the children of St Brendan’s NS who, as well as displaying super modelling skills, also created some of their own fashions to showcase in the form of junk to funk couture and millinery pieces.
Principal of the school, Terry O’Sullivan, thanked everyone involved for making the night such a wonderful success and the school choir closed proceedings with two numbers to round off the fundraising festivities. Scroll down for photos…
