ROUNDY’S Bar was the venue for a special event on Thursday evening organised by Tralee Chamber Alliance.
Their Summer Networking Event explored ‘Kerry as a place to live, work and visit: Opportunities and Challenges’ and was very well attended by members and guests.
Guest speakers included Sean Golden, Chief Economist with Limerick Chamber and Maeve Lyons, Programme Manager with the RDI Hub.

“We explored the opportunities for living and working in Kerry and the challenges we face when it comes to housing, the lack of rental accommodation and what we can do as a Chamber,” said Chief Executive of Tralee Chamber Colette O’Connor.
“Maeve Lyons of RDI Hub in Killorglin told us about the work that’s going on there and the community they are growing. Sean Golden of Limerick Chamber did a case study of the housing situation in Kerry and that’s available to our members by request,” added Colette.
