THREE students from Presentation Secondary School have created a book to help stimulate the minds of people with Alzheimer’s dementia and other memory impairments.

‘Remain In My Mind’ is an interactive memory activity book full of word searches, crosswords and other games and exercises, created and designed by TY students Rachel Kilgallen, Erin Moss and Kate Hennessy.

Through the book, the girls hope it will help people with Alzheimer’s and dementia, while also giving their families something to do with loved ones together.

They started devising the product last September, got it produced with Digital Printing Ireland and now the end product looks very impressive.

It’s available to buy in the the Kerry Bookshop in Tralee for €10. You can also order one via the girls Facebook page by clicking here

The girls are now entering the product in the Kerry LEO Student Enterprise Awards competition this year and hope to get to the county final.
