AUGUST proved a very busy month on the property market around town and indeed, in the county.
According to the latest figures from the Residential Property Price Register, there were 25 properties sold in the Tralee area during the month, realising €3,435,139.
A house in the Spa sold for the most at €561,900 while a Pembroke Street residence made the least at €40,000.

In all, 111 properties were sold in Kerry for a combined total of €18,772,196. One major sale was in Templenoe where a house sold for €2.7m.
