THE price of petrol has risen fractionally over the course of a month, bringing an end to the trend of falling prices which we’ve seen since the beginning of the Summer.
Last month the cheapest price was €1.27.8 now it’s €1.28.8 in the town’s Applegreen stations in Manor Village and Fairies Cross.
Just behind Applegreen, as they were last month, are Inver on the Castlemaine Road with a price of €1.28.9, along with Esso Quill St, Texaco Oakpark and the new Top station in Caherslee. There are four stations with a price of €1.29.9.
