The Irish Times is reporting today that the former Glanbia managing director John Moloney and Pa Nolan, a serial tech investor are among the number of backers.

Wazp had previously raised €1 million from backers including Enterprise Ireland. The latest investment will be used to solidify their footprint in Europe and expand  production capabilities into the US over the next two years.

The company is expecting strong growth in the coming years and its turnover has grown at least five times every year for the last three years. It expects to continue that trend this year and in 2020.
