A TRALEE-BASED Education Company has opened a new training centre in Portlaoise, their fifth training centre in Ireland since opening their first in Tralee in 2005.
Flúirse Education Solutions, based in Monavalley Business Park in Tralee, own and operate Pitman Training centres in Kerry, Cork, Waterford, Wexford and most recently Laois, as well as a successful online training business.
The company was founded as an elearning business by Kristian O’Donovan and Tomás Finneran back in 2005, but quickly expanded beyond elearning to offer career focussed training throughout Ireland.

Their centres have received a number of accreditations and awards recently including a Business All Star Award and successfully reached the final of the Irish Education Awards.
The Pitman Training centres, the company offer Diploma programmes based specifically around careers, including Medical and Legal Secretary Diplomas, Management Diplomas and Accounting Diplomas. They also offer a range of industry standard certifications including Adobe, Microsoft, AAT, CompTIA and many more.
Aside from their Pitman Training centres, Flúirse have an established eLearning and online training business, specialising in course development and online training for Primary School teachers throughout Ireland.
Flúirse employ over 25 staff working across their training centres and main offices in Tralee, and have plans of further expansion.
