A Tralee man played his cards right to win €397,000 in online poker.
A TRALEE man who played online poker on a major online betting company’s website yesterday, ended up winning a sum believed to be in the region of €390,000.
The man, believed to be aged in his late 30s and from the Rockies’ side of town, was playing the game over a period of time, moving from table to table in cyberspace, before eventually winning the huge amount.
The delighted punter celebrated in Linnane’s Bar in Rock Street last night with friends after the incredible win.
