The 41 year old company director has completed ultra-marathons and marathons galore in the last two years, made all the more impressive by the fact that he only took up running for the very first time at the ripe old age of 39.
In the article, which can be read HERE, he talks about the huge positive impact that running has had on his life and goes into detail on his workout routines, his advice to those starting out on their running journey, his favourite life quotes and his goals for the future.
His blog RandRuns is where he gives his own detailed and always entertaining reports on all the runs that he completes and which was recently shortlisted in the Blog Awards Ireland.
Randall will now begin training in earnest for the London Marathon taking place in April of next year and where he will be running the race in aid of the ‘Children With Cancer UK’ charity (more details here)
