A BLOCK of unfinished apartments in Tralee, which had an asking price of €120,000, has been sold.
The 12 two-bed apartments on the Oakpark Road are located in the residential area that is adjacent to the IT Tralee North Campus.
They were marketed by agents Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean as an investment opportunity for a builder or developer.
Each apartment is around 76 square metres in size.
According to the description of the property on Daft.ie there were upgrades and measures that needed to be undertaken and any purchaser interested in the property would have had to pay levies of €90,000.
It is not known who has purchased the property.
