TRALEE GOLF CLUB RETIREMENT OF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT  JJ YOUNG .JJ Young retires from Tralee Golf Club after 41 years’ service as Course Superintendent. The club honoured his service by holding a charity golf competition and dinner attended by club members & guests. During the evening Club officers including Captain Kevin Mc Carthy, Lady Captain Margaret O’Shea & Chairperson Teddy Reynolds thanked JJ for his loyal service to the club & the vital part he played in developing the Arnold Palmer designed course into one of the finest links layouts in the world. In his farewell speech JJ spoke fondly of his time & passion in working with Tralee Golf Club & thanked all members for making his day so special.The occasion was marked with TGC granting JJ with Honorary Life Membership.
