THE two men arrested in relation to the death of Joe Brosnan in Tralee on Sunday evening, have been released without charge.
Gardaí said earlier this morning, that the man in his 30s arrested in relation to the death, which occurred at Abbey Court apartments, was released without charge.
This afternoon, Gardaí said the other man in his 50s arrested in relation to the death has also been released without charge. A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions and investigations are ongoing.
