Rachel Allen’s show takes in the Dingle Peninsula next Wednesday.
TOP chef, Rachel Allen, will be seen out west in the Dingle Peninsula on our TV screens this Wednesday as she travels in search of local produce.
The popular show, Coastal Cooking, takes Rachel out of the kitchen and cooking her way around Ireland, for her crew and the colourful characters she meets along her journey, usually outdoors while braving the elements.
In the fifth episode of the series, airing on Wednesday, 21st October at 8.30pm Rachel will meet Dingle local Breege and join her on a cycling tour, taking a break to forage for herbs.
Rachel will also meet local potato producers, go on a boat trip to meet Fungi the dolphin and meet Kerry’s own ‘Weather Wizard’.
