Sinn Féin MEP Liadh Ní Riada with Tralee student Sinead Ryan who will be representing Ireland in the European Youth Parliament later this month.
SINN Féin MEP Liadh Ní Riada has congratulated Mercy Mounthawk student Sinead Ryan on being selected to represent Ireland at the European Youth Parliament in the Czech Republic later this week.
The Ireland South MEP met with Sinead in Tralee on Monday to present her with a small donation towards the cost of participating in the event.
“I was hugely impressed by Sinead, who is a bright and enthusiastic young woman; it’s little surprise she was chosen to represent Ireland at the Youth Parliament.

“I’m happy to offer her whatever assistance I can and have made her aware that my staff in Brussels will be available to her should she need any assistance while in Brno.
“Sinead has a bright future ahead of her; I have no doubt this will not be the last time we will see her making a contribution in Parliament,” said Ms Ní Riada.
