TWENTY-SIX residential properties worth nearly €3.5m were sold in the Tralee environs in September according to figures from the Property Price Register.
The most expensive house sold was in The Spa for €530,000 while the least amount spent on a house was in Hawley Park for €45,000. The total amount spent was €3,499,500.
In Kerry, 99 properties worth €11,531,031 changed hands during the month.
