WITH a low temperature/ice warning coming into effect from this evening until Friday at noon, Met Éireann are warning that the cold spell is set to continue for a couple of more days.
This morning they issued another Status Yellow – Low Temperature/Ice warning for Ireland for Friday evening at 5pm to 12 noon on Saturday.
It’s set to be very cold with widespread frost and icy conditions. Fog and freezing fog too. Possible impacts include hazardous conditions on roads and paths and possible travel disruption in some areas.
Temperatures in the Tralee area are set to reach 0°c tonight and tomorrow night, but it will get slightly milder from Saturday afternoon onwards.
