A STATUS Yellow rain warning for Kerry has been issued for Sunday night and Monday morning.
Met Éireann says the rain will be heavy at times, potentially leading to localised flooding, poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
The warning is valid from 7pm on Sunday to 10am on Monday. However, looking at the rainfall radar on the Met Eireann website, rain will arrive in Kerry just before 12 noon.
However, the rain will clear from late afternoon on Monday and there’ll be dry weather for the rest of the week in the Tralee area with temperatures barely reaching double figures.
