With a rainfall warning coming into effect from 6pm and midnight tonight, a wind warning for the entire country will follow this from 5am on Thursday to 2am on Friday.

However, it’s not all bad news for the Tralee area. The persistent rain is due to ease up with a dry Thursday morning and afternoon forecast.

There’ll be showers in the evening and overnight, while Friday looks like a mixture of showers and dry spells with some sunshine likely. At the moment, it looks like Saturday will be mostly dry but rain will dominate on Sunday.
