This programme is of particular interest to those with a genuine passion for food, who enjoy working as a team and who can plan and work efficiently. The apprenticeship involves 3 or 4 days per week on-the-job training, and 1 or 2 days per week off-the-job, depending on the time of year.

Kerry ETB is the national co-ordinating provider for the programme, which is delivered in various locations across Ireland. For more information see www.commischefapprenticeship.ie
