THE opening round of the Garveys Supervalu Kerry Senior Football County Championship is just three weeks away and the times, dates and venues for the games has been revealed.
Tralee clubs will be in action and from that perspective, the tie of the round has to be the Group 4 meeting between Na Gaeil and St Brendan’s Board on Friday, September 15 at 8pm in Austin Stack Park.
Meanwhile, Kerins O’Rahillys face Shannon Rangers at the same venue on Saturday, September 16 at 5.30pm in Group 3. That’s the opening game in a double header which also features the Group 1 game between East Kerry and South Kerry at 7.30pm.

There are two games at Austin Stack Park on Sunday, September 17. Mid Kerry take on Spa in their Group 3 clash at 3.30pm followed by Dingle against Dr Crokes at 5.30pm in their Group 4 game.
Fitzgerald Stadium in Killarney will host three games over the weekend. The Group 1 match between Templenoe and West Kerry takes place at 3pm. On Sunday it’s Rathmore against St Kierans at 1.30pm followed by fellow Group 2 opponents Feale Rangers v Kenmare Shamrocks at 3.30pm. See full list below.
