FAOI 16½: Gaiscígh Faoi 16 an Ghaelcholáiste were in action last week. Rockie brothers, Gavin agus Luke Ó Cathasaigh, led their team into battle against a strong Coláiste Phádraig (Oileán Ciarraí) panel. A ‘rock’ solid performance by both teams wasn’t enough to put the scoreline in GCC’s favour. Hope remains firm for clubmates Luke Mac Gearailt agus Marc Ó Loinsigh to make a speedy return from injury. Gaelcholáiste look forward to their next tie in the coming weeks; go n-éirí an t-ádh leo. (Dáithí Ó Loinsigh, comhfhreagraí GCC).
