Big Screen At Páirc An Phiarsaigh In Tralee For All-Ireland Final

THE Tralee Municipal District of Kerry County Council is to host a screening of the All-Ireland Senior Football Final on Sunday next.

The Kerry-Galway game will be broadcast on a big screen which will be set up in Páirc an Phiarsaigh (Pearse Park) and people of all ages are welcome to come along and savour the atmosphere.

Mayor of Tralee, Cllr Mikey Sheehy, said this was a great opportunity for the people of Tralee and further afield to come together to enjoy the special occasion.

“Excitement is building steadily ahead of the big match and the colours are flying high across the town. For those who can’t or won’t make it to Croke Park, this is a great opportunity to gather and cheer on the team and to enjoy the day on the big screen.

‘There will be a DJ on hand for the build-up before the game and it promises to be a lovely community occasion. I want to thank Tralee Chamber Alliance for their support and assistance in making this event possible,” he added.
