Senior Team
The senior team played a challenge game against Gerard Griffiths of Limerick in Caherslee on Saturday last. Churchill ran out easy winners on a scoreline of 2-16 to 1-4.Man of the match was Ger McCarthy who scored 2-5 from play. It was also great to see Mike O’Brien back after a long absence with injury, coming on at half time and chipping in with 2 pts from play. Tommy McCarthy also scored 2 points from play. Next match is in the Brendan’s League away to Na Gaeil @ 4p.m. on Saturday the 7th March.
Minor Team
Minor County League v St. Pats in Blennerville @ 4p.m on Saturday 7th March. The time of this game is likely to change due to clash with Senior game so please check with Paul or Tommy.
Centenary Celebrations – Save the Date
There will be a Fashion Show in Ballyroe Heights Hotel on Thursday 2nd April – more details to follow.
Lotto
Lotto Jackpot currently €1400. Next draw will be in the Tankard @ 10p.m. on Friday 5th March.
Club Membership
Senior Membership is now due and must be paid by 31st March. Adult member €40, Senior and Minor Player €70.

€10 Monthly Lotto Direct Debit (includes annual membership) – Direct Debit forms available on the website or from club officers
Please note that a motion was passed at the club’s recent AGM that only those members (including mentors) that have paid their membership by 31st March will be entitled to be included in a draw for All-Ireland tickets.
Juvenile Registration
Juvenile registration will take place in the Fr. O’Connor Centre Spa on Friday night, 5th March from 6p.m. to 8 p.m.Membership is €50 per child, €100 for 2 or more children.
Churchill Players
On behalf of the club, we would like to congratulate Churchill Players, Oliver Hurley and Noelle Barrett on a fantastic performance in Siamsa Tire last weekend. I’m sure Tommy would have been proud. The Chairman even put in a cameo performance!
Topaz Cash for Clubs
Churchill has registered in the Topaz Cash for Clubs promotion. The club is in with a chance of winning anywhere between €250 and €10,000. We are asking all members of the club and community to collect stamps with every €40 of fuel purchased between now and 15th May 2015. Cards are available at Topaz outlets. Write the Club’s name and registration number (10235) at the back of the card. Once a card is full, please pass it to any club officer. We need 300 completed cards to be eligible for a prize.
