THE old Benners Hotel on Castle Street has been purchased by Der O’Sullivan of The Mall it was announced today.
“Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean are pleased to announce the sale of Benners Hotel in Tralee,” reads a statement from the auctioneers in Denny Street.
“The property has been purchased by Der O’Sullivan and family of The Mall Tralee and Main Street Killarney. This landmark property comprises 45 en-suite hotel rooms as well as two bars, large nite club and restaurant. Benners Hotel occupies a fantastic location within the town centre and was sold after a sustained marketing campaign earlier this summer,” the statement continues.
