Doubts Over Ryanair’s Kerry To Faro Route This Summer

The Algarve is a popular destination for Kerry holidaymakers.

IT’S looking unlikely that the Kerry to Faro route operated by Ryanair will be running this summer.

A member of the public contacted the airline yesterday enquiring about the service to Faro and they were informed via direct message on Twitter that “this route will not be operating I am afraid. Please look for an alternative route.”

There has been no official word yet from Kerry Airport or Ryanair to confirm this. Ryanair say they are still finalising their summer schedule and this will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

The Faro route has proved hugely popular in the past for holidaymakers from the county and beyond.

Ryanair has extra flights for Kerry this summer due to the Berlin route being extended and the airline also operates the Alicante flight which begins from March 26, as well as Frankfurt, Luton and Stansted routes.
