Fairies To Enchant Children In Kilflynn As Festival Returns

The Kilflynn Enchanted Festival returns on June 24/25.

KILFLYNN Enchanted Fairy Festival, which celebrates all things magical for children and adults alike is taking place again in the scenic village of Kilflynn on Saturday, June, 24 and Sunday June 25.

The Kilflynn Fairy Council have again teamed up with the local fairies, elves and magical characters to bring this festival to life for children and families.

The 10,003 year old map which shows where the fairy houses are located is to re-released from the enchanted treasure chest for one day only.

On Saturday a magical parade will take place at 7pm, with free street entertainment. Sunday, is from 12noon to 5pm, and a day of great excitement and fun is guaranteed for all.

Among the attractions during the weekend is the magical fairy trail; May Pole Dancing and dancing with the fairies; a wishing tree; family picnic trees; street entertainment; bouncy castle; facepainting; food and craft fair and more.
