THERE’S a feast of German cuisine coming to The Oyster Tavern soon and you won’t want to miss it.
Guests will enjoy a traditional Bavarian menu at the wonderful Oyster Tavern on Friday November 3 prepared by two Master Chefs Liam Mc Mahon and Thomas Kraus.
Liam, who has lived in Germany for over 40 years is a former Executive Head Chef at the five-star Hotel Bad Schachen on Lake Konstance in Germany.

Thomas is the Chef/Proprietor of the highly acclaimed Hotel Schachener Hof in Lindau. Both are members of the German Master Chef Judging Panel.
Both have enjoyed the good food and hospitality at The Oyster and are looking forward to preparing this traditional meal.
The Oyster Tavern has nominated two charities who will benefit from this event, Cork Kerry Health Link Bus and the Spa/ Fenit Branch of Kerry Hospice.
