YOU’LL get a chance to fling out that broken toaster or other unwanted electrical items at a free electrical recycling collection on Saturday, November 8, from 10am-4pm at Tralee Mart.
The European Recycling Platform (ERP) in association with Kerry County Council will hold this event where householders are encouraged to bring along their electrical waste and used household batteries, any unwanted electrical items with a plug or a battery.
All items will be responsibly recycled free of charge. ERP Recycling Officers will be on hand to help with the unloading of items. ERP will also arrange free collection of large household appliances on Saturday. Call the team on 086-8536865 to arrange collection.
